DIRECT BILLING/PAYMENT: We offer direct billing with most insurance companies. E-transfer is our preferred form of payment however we accept all credit cards as well via Jane Payments (uploading your credit card on file).

COMMUNICABLE DISEASE SCREENING: If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms relating to any communicable diseases, please cancel & reschedule for when you are asymptomatic. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your respective practitioner to check in. Please practice proper hand-washing & mask-wearing hygiene in all instances otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be mindful of the cancellation policy to avoid any charges. Your patient profile with Jane allows you to reschedule/cancel appointments outside of the 24 hour period at your convenience.
