I’m passionate about supporting people from all walks of life in feeling more at home in their bodies. Whether someone is dealing with overuse injuries from work or sport, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, managing headaches or TMJ dysfunction, or simply needing maintenance for mobility and overall well-being, I’m here for it. I approach each treatment with care, respect, and a commitment to your unique needs. In a world that often prioritizes productivity over rest, I feel deeply grateful to offer space for healing, self-connection, and relief.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I support students as a teaching assistant in Langara College’s RMT Continuing Studies program—a role I find incredibly rewarding and meaningful.
