I approach my treatments both holistically and therapeutically to help you on your wellness journey. I bring a collaborative spirit to our appointments to try and find intersections between clinical treatment plans and your desired health outcomes. My treatment style/techniques are focused on providing relief and care to these various systems - the nervous, musculoskeletal, and integumentary (skin). I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment that welcomes open communication to hold space for you to relax, find balance, and be present within your body.
