**LOCATION UPDATE: My last day at the 401 W Georgia St location is Thursday November 28. My new Downtown location will be at 119 W Pender St starting Thursday December 5. Stay tuned for further updates! :)

DIRECT BILLING/PAYMENT: I offer direct billing with most insurance companies. E-transfer or debit payments are preferred forms of payment however I accept all credit cards as well.

LOCATION & PARKING: This page of my website contains information about how to get here and etc.

COMMUNICABLE DISEASE SCREENING: If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms relating to any communicable diseases, please cancel & reschedule for when you are asymptomatic. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me to check in. Please practice proper hand-washing & mask-wearing hygiene in all instances otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be mindful of the cancellation policy to avoid any charges. Your patient profile with Jane allows you to reschedule/cancel appointments outside of the 24 hour period at your convenience. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will likely have to be done via email ottochanrmt@gmail.com or by text/call 778-999-2989 and are subject to a fee equal to the price of the treatment missed.

WAITLIST: If you can’t find an appointment time for yourself, I highly encourage you to utilize the Waitlist feature of the booking system as I do refer to that when I am trying to fill my cancellations.
